Her team managed the dozens of details that arise during the journey to the sale, and Galo's negotiation was professional, friendly to other REALTORS, and able to spot and eliminate insincere players while encouraging those that had a real interest. It is important to understand that it is easy to sell a home at a bargain price, and much harder to recognize and get fair value for the owner. Her group did that.

Michelle had a great feel for how to market the property to maximize exposure. Her team helped us get everything staged and walked us through the process of listing, showing, and fielding offers. We are a family of four with two small children and a dog so we decided to clear out for the showings. In just over a week, we were able to able to get our price and desired closing timing with as little disruption to our family as possible. She gave us some tips as to what to tidy up and also mentioned might have someone interested. That was a Tuesday. The contractor is scheduled for the following Monday to give us an estimate. That weekend she showed our home on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday to a family who made an offer that night. We accepted. Done. No fixing or showings or open house.
